Aim and Scope:
In addition to serving Computational Intelligence community, IWASK 2008 invites researchers, industrial professionals, and academics interested in the engineering management and related fields to present their papers. Paper Submission:
Both research and application papers are solicited. All submitted papers will be reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by April 25, 2008 in PDF. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The submission process is carried through ISCID conference management system (www.iscid08.org/openconf/index.php). You must fill out the “IWASK08" to the option item “Comments to Chair: “(optional)”", will facilitate the distinction to main conference. When you have submitted the paper, please tell the PaperID and paper title to the workshop chair(iwask2008@gmail.com)
The manuscripts must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text. Please use the LaTeX style file or Microsoft Word template to prepare your final version, including figures, tables and references. A standard paper should not succeed 4 pages. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions.
Publication:
The proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press that will be indexed by EI. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference.

The regular registration fee includes participation in all sessions, refreshment breaks, and conference proceedings, one ticket for the welcome reception and one ticket for the dinner cruise. The student registration fee applies to students who can provide an official letter or other formal documentation confirming current full-time student status at registration desk. All registration fees should be paid in RMB.
